Now I don't have to break my supplement routine since I can throw a few packets in my travel bag to last me until I get home.I tried gummies but I don't like having to eat so much sugar or chemicals just to get my daily creatine, and they also tend to be pretty expensive. These premeasured packs let me easily add the correct amount of creatine to whatever drink I'm already drinking, since it has no flavor of it's own.

Received this Routine Creatine and I find this perfect for so many reasons.First of all I love that it unflavored and unscented and you can really incorporate this into any other drink.I also like that it dissolves well and you can't even taste it.Another plus is that you can pack this on the go and take it anywhere.For me personally this is ideal and the quality seems ok.No negative side effects from taking.The price is also somewhat reasonable for what you get.

The price at the time of this review is significantly more than bulk creatine, but right on point compared to other premeasured creatine, making it a decent value.I ordered ROUTINE Creatine, unflavored 30 single serve stick packs for my 18 year old son who wanted a premeasured creatine to take with him to school and the gym. He works out at the gym after school and takes creatine to encourage muscle growth. On the other hand, I am a middle aged perimenopausal woman who takes creatine daily to try to maintain my muscle. These single serve packs work for both of us.I like that the larger pouch is resealable. The single serve “stick” packs, are more of a packet than a stick. Since each pouch contains 5mg of creatine, they could have used a smaller packet that is more stick like. Still, the packets are fine and work well, and the size may make it easier to find in your backpack or gym bag if you tend to throw everything in together like my son does.The creatine itself is a fine white powder with no scent or taste. It mixes well in a shaker or with my frother. It is about the same as other creatines I’ve used, in that it leaves a little bit of grittiness at the bottom of the cup if I mix it in with water or another thin liquid. Also the name is a little too generic to do much research for their outside website information.Beyond that, this is essentially a solid, no nonsense neutral unflavored creatine powder. There is no taste, aftertaste or unpleasant texture. It dissolves well in hot or cold water and I didn’t notice any reaction or unpleasant effects. The packaging and individual packets is convenient for sure although I suppose it arguably creates some additional waste. Overall it seems like a solid choice for standard unflavored creatine. Pricewise, it is somewhere in the middle of the pack for individual packets of 5g servings. Bulk powder can be had for quite a bit cheaper though. Mostly meets expectations, would probably rate higher with more confident information regarding 3rd party testing.

I've been taking creatine for years and I believe in the results that I've seen. With that said it's always been a bit of a pain in the butt to buy it in bulk and then portion it out. I wanted to give this a shot. I'm really glad I did. I can't tell any difference from the highest quality creatine that I have otherwise had and it's so much more convenient to have it in these stick packs. if you’re on the fence about creatine I think this is an ideal way to go. Highly recommended!
