When will my order ship?

Once an order is placed we typically ship it within 2 business days (usually sooner). The delivery time is typically 2-3 days, but can be longer depending on location and circumstances. 

What carrier is Routine. shipped with?

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

How do I get order tracking?

Once a tracking number is generated, you will receive an email with that information. Tracking numbers are sent at the time the shipping label is created. 

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping is 100% free on all subscription orders and orders over $50. Otherwise, ground shipping rates will be applied at checkout.

What happens if a product is backordered?

If part of your order is out of stock, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the out of stock item becomes available, we will ship immediately. 

Does Routine. ship internationally?

No, we current only ship within the US.
