I absolutely love the taste of this product! I always mix a shot of apple cider vinegar in my glass of water in the mornings. This was much more convenient, easier, and it also added lemon, sea salt and electrolytes into my routine. I mixed it in blender bottle and highly recommend mixing it the night before and drinking it chilled the next morning.

New find. . . if you know me I don't like any salt forward drinks. . ex: Gatorade, tonic water, salt caramel coffee drinks. . you get the picture :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes_and_hand_covering_mouth: but electrolytes are necessary, so I was ready to waste my money trying this (sample pack 5 sticks for shipping 7. 99) and I LOVE IT. I may have to lay off of it since me Derm has me on a medication that can elevate potassium levels(this has 200mg of potassium) and that makes me sad but if they say its a go to continue im on it. It tastes like a tart lemonade :yum: Routine
