My usual brand is certified by a third-party lab, and I can say that this Routine powder looks, feels, mixes, and tastes like my usual brand. "Tastes" meaning, I mix it into my morning coffee and can't detect any flavor from it at all. There is also no change in texture, as it dissolves easily with no clumps or grit. It's too soon to notice any effects positive or negative, but so far, it seems very similar to my usual brand. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just the uncertainty of no independent testing, and value for the money, as this brand is a bit more expensive than my usual.

I've been taking 5 grams everyday for years without issue and there's compelling scientific evidence to support its role in muscle endurance and cognitive health. This micronized creatine works as well as any I've taken in the past. It's easy to dissolve in water or whatever you want to drink it with. It's unflavored and I didn't notice any digestive issues while taking it. My only qualm is that it's a bit pricey relative to some competitors, especially those that use branded (ie. Creapure) creatine for the same price. Overall though, it's still a great quality creatine supplement and I appreciate the fact that its made in the USA.

This dissolves well in water, and it has a kind of tangy maybe orange taste. It taste good. It’s sweet but not too sweet, and it has a mild tartness to it. It’s gluten-free, and this brand is allergen free, though you’ll want to check for your self if you have particular allergens you’re looking to avoid. So it’s easy to take, taste good, and gives you a good dose. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was when you open the jar you see that it’s only about half Full. So ultimately it’s not inexpensive. Still it seems to be good quality and I’m happy with it.
